I am not your traditional personal trainer. I am not going to promise you unrealistic weight loss, a miraculous transformation, or even a six pack, but what I will promise is that if you put your trust in me, I will assure that you can begin to learn and appreciate the strength your body has and how playful movement can be. I will promise that you will begin to view health from a different perspective and as you work with me, you will have never felt stronger. Fitness takes time, patience, and effort. Together we can unveil the fullest potential of the inner you.

It starts with one hour of training, but goes far beyond with individualized attention and group accountability. Frolcik has cultivated a sense of community that helps you feel empowered to love who you are, move as you are, and embrace what you are without the harsh expectations and critical judgments of diet culture and society. We learn how to move our bodies in celebration not as punishment. WIth this membership you receive VIP access to our accountability discord channel where the community really blossoms. Within this community you will find like minded individuals that share a desire to grow through fitness, nutrition, and wellness.  FROLICK is hosted virtually via zoom. Instruction of classes are recorded and uploaded for you to have unlimited access for when life happens.

Are you looking to actively improve your mindset and relationship with your body? Frolick Fusion sessions are for you where we intentionally combine movement and psychotherapeutic processing. You will experience a 60 minute, customized movement session that combines mobility, strength and resistance, endurance training, core strengthening, agility, and high intensity interval training with active therapeutic processing. These sessions are programmed and designed to meet you where you are mentally and physically and will look different for each client based on their desires and goals.
