Empower has cultivated a sense of community that helps you feel empowered to love who you are, move as you are, and embrace what you are without the harsh expectations and critical judgments of diet culture and society. We learn how to move our bodies in celebration not as punishment.It starts with one hour of training, but goes far beyond with individualized attention and group accountability.  

WIth this membership you receive VIP access to our accountability discord channel where the community really blossoms. Within this community you will find like minded individuals that share a desire to grow through fitness, nutrition, and wellness. At this time, due to the circumstances of our world, EMPOWER is hosted virtually via zoom. Instruction of classes are recorded and uploaded for you to have unlimited access for when life happens.
