Having someone like her in your corner helping you pursue fitness goals makes me feel like I can take on anything. During COVID, our workouts have been virtual, and that did NOT slow us down. Jen gets creative with our movements and consistently surprises me with exercises that are difficult, but that also make me feel powerful and happy.”
