Hi, I’m Trainer Jen, lover of all things pizza, nature, and high ponytails. I’m also a partner, lover of Jesus, an athlete, personal trainer, LMSW, and fur mom. Most often you’ll find me in leggings, lacing up my tennis shoes for a run or walk in nature. I love encouraging humans like you to move your bodies in a safe and mindful way, while also being able to help you revive your sense of play in movement.
